Lawful Basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and on the basis of consent when you explicitly submit a form.

Data Minimisation

We only collect the fields needed to respond to your project. We do not request sensitive personal data.

Retention

Lead submissions are retained for up to twenty four months unless an active engagement is in place. After that they are anonymised or deleted.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed database with row level security policies that block public reads. Access is logged.

Subprocessors

We work with vetted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, and AI inference. Each subprocessor operates under its own security and privacy commitments.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your data. To exercise any of these rights email info@adstops.com.

Breach Response

In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your information we will notify you within seventy two hours of discovery along with the steps we are taking.
